This intern position will support Sales Manager for internal reporting, documentation, market research, new customers scouting, following up with customer inquiries and internal stakeholders case by case, sample management, administration coordination and other tasks assigned by Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities
•Take meeting minutes and upload to system if needed.
•Support Sales Manager with reports and documentation.
•Try different ways to conduct market research, new customers scouting and new business development.
•Follow up with internal stakeholder and customers for new inquiries.
•Sample management, such as filing, receving & sending, tracking and following up with customers.
•Provide administrative support.
•Accomplish other tasks assigned by Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
Needed experience and competences
•Fluent in verbal and written English is a must. Mastering a second foreign language is a plus.
•Good verbal and written communications skills.
•College student enthusiastic about Sales and business, majoring in Microbiology, Biology or Biomedical Engineering is a plus.
•Internship in global company is a plus.
•Result driven mindset and open minded.
•Proficient in MS Office software and have some idea about ERP.
•Ability to conduct research via internet and other ways for new customers scouting and new business development.
•Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
•To be able to work at least 2 full working day every week.
•To be able to work flexibly and remotely.
